Add Asset to Registry
Enter asset details — name, category, serial number, purchase date, cost, vendor, and warranty. Upload purchase invoice and photos. The system generates a unique QR code for the asset automatically.
Assign to Employee
Select the asset and assign it to an employee with a handover date and condition note. The employee gets a notification and the asset status updates to "Assigned" in the registry — visible to all admins.
Track Maintenance & Returns
Log maintenance events when servicing occurs. When the employee leaves or the asset is transferred, trigger the return workflow — capturing condition, approval, and updating the registry status to "Available".
