At TaskEase (CyberCure Technologies Private Limited), we respect your right to data deletion. You can request deletion of your personal data or your entire account at any time.
What We Will Delete
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All business data associated with your company account (leads, projects, team members, reports)
- Facebook/Meta Lead Ads data received through our CRM webhook integration
- Facebook Page Access Tokens stored in our system
- Any uploaded files, recordings, or attachments
- All activity logs and usage history
What We May Retain
- Transaction/billing records as required by Indian tax and financial laws (up to 7 years)
- Information required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt and send a confirmation email once complete. For Facebook/Meta data specifically, deletion is processed within 90 days as per Meta's data retention guidelines.

You can submit a deletion request using the form below, or email us directly at info@cybercure.in with subject "Data Deletion Request".
Facebook / Meta Data Deletion
If you connected your Facebook Page to our CRM and want to revoke access, you can also do so directly from Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook account → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find "TaskEase CRM" and click Remove
- This revokes our access token immediately
- Then submit the form above to delete any lead data we have stored
