Welcome to TaskEase, a product of CyberCure Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), registered in India. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, including our CRM module which integrates with Meta (Facebook) Lead Ads. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Information We Collect

a) Account Information

Name, email address, phone number, company name, and role when you register for TaskEase.

b) Usage Data

IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and device information for analytics and security.

c) Attendance and Biometric Data

For attendance verification features, we may capture photos and location data with your explicit consent.

d) Facebook / Meta Lead Ads Data

When you connect your Facebook Page to our CRM module via Meta Lead Ads integration, we collect and store:

• Lead information submitted through your Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad forms (name, phone number, email, and any custom fields you configure in your form)
• Your Facebook Page ID and Lead Ad Form ID
• A Page Access Token to subscribe your Page to webhook events (stored securely, used only to receive lead data)
• Meta Lead ID (leadgen_id) for deduplication purposes

This data is collected only on behalf of the business ("Subscriber") that connects their Facebook Page and is stored within their isolated company account in TaskEase. We do not use this data for advertising or share it with third parties outside the scope of providing our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the TaskEase platform
• To display and manage lead data within the CRM module on behalf of our Subscribers
• To send webhook-received Facebook Lead Ads data to the correct Subscriber's CRM project
• To improve user experience and platform performance
• To ensure security and prevent fraud
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
• To communicate service updates and support responses

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements
• Legal authorities: When required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulation
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections

Facebook/Meta Lead Ads data collected via webhook is shared only within the Subscriber's own TaskEase account and is never shared with other Subscribers or third parties.

4. Meta Platform Data

Our CRM integration with Meta's Lead Ads platform is governed by the Meta Platform Policy and Meta Terms of Service. By connecting your Facebook Page:

• We access only the permissions you explicitly grant during the OAuth connection flow
• We request leads_retrieval, pages_show_list, and pages_manage_metadata permissions
• Lead data received is stored in your company's isolated database partition
• You may disconnect your Facebook Page at any time from CRM Settings
• Upon disconnection, we stop receiving new lead data from your Page
• You may request deletion of all stored lead data — see Section 7

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Lead data received from Meta is retained until you delete individual leads, delete your project, or request full account deletion. Upon account deletion, all associated data is purged within 30 days.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (see our Data Deletion page)
• Withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting your Facebook Page or deleting your account
• Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances
• Data portability — request an export of your data

7. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time. Visit our Data Deletion Request page or email info@cybercure.in with subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm when complete.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive tokens, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze platform usage, and maintain sessions. You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
